Overview

The Building Code as adopted by Prince George's County, Maryland, and amended from time to time, shall be the official Building Code of the City of College Park. College Park, MD Municipal Code § 87-2 (adopted). Since Prince George's County adopted the 2012 IRC and IBC, College Park likewise adopted the 2012 IRC and IBC along with the county's amendments. See PLRB Prince George's County, MD, Building Codes.

The City of College Park, MD, adopted the Building Code of Prince George's County, with amendments.
